これまで携わってきた人が、それぞれの感慨を抱いて今日（10月10日）を迎えたことでしょう。 私は、弟子の荒川大悟は、”いつなら国体で戦えると”意したのが、昨年の6月、以来、道場を建設し、毎日練習に取り組んできました。本番5日前には、決勝進出を確信しました。 結果、第1R、第2Rともに一位通過、決勝戦では残念ながら惜敗しましたが、一年生ながら立派な準優勝を果たしました！ また、私が招聘した選手や7年間に亘り育成してきた選手が活躍し、鹿児島県が総合優勝でき感無量です。 更に、高校の同級生が、気仙沼市から遠路はるばる応援に駆けつけてくれました。彼女たちや家族と一緒に観戦ができて、最高の思い出となりました。 今日の国体終了で、また次の目標が明確になりました。さらに邁進してまいります。 これまで御支援くださいました皆さん、ありがとうございました。感謝
